HAYWARD -- A 3.6 magnitude earthquake rattled parts of northern Oklahoma early Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The quake was reported at 2:18 a.m., 1.6 miles east of Hayward, and about 20 miles southeast of Enid in Garfield County, the survey reported. Check for earthquake alerts.
