Tropical Cyclone LEEPI, continued moving north-west toward Kyushu island (Japan) as a Tropical depression and strengthening. On 14 August at 0.00 UTC its centre was located over the sea approximately 530 km south-east of Miyazaki city (Kyushu island, Miyazaki Prefecture) with maximum sustained winds of 111 km/h (Tropical Storm).

Aerial photo shows the confluence of the sandy Rongjiang River and the clean Langxi River. The 14th typhoon of this year, Yagi brought heavy rainfall in Rong'an, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Sunday, making the Rongjiang River in the area muddy while another branch of the river is still clean.
